Whereas, below named applicant/accused namely Ghulam Nabi S/o Abdul Khaliq by caste Kashmiri has been granted bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with PR bond of the like amount, in above case and crime vide order dated 06.07.2024.
And whereas, today accused has furnished the requisite surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with requisite PR Bond, which has been accepted today after verification.
