Subject: RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED PERSONS DILSHER @ TANO S/O HAMEER AND AMEEN @ MEENO S/O MUHAMMAD BUX BOTH BY CASTE MARI, INVOLVED IN CRIME NO.74/2024, U/S 447, 511, 506/2, 337-H(ii), 504, 34-PPC OF P.S.SINJHORO.

Whereas, counsel for applicants/accused named above has filed bail application U/S: 497, Cr.P.C. After hearing the arguments this Court has granted bail to applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.30,000/- each (Thirty thousand Rupees only) with PR Bond in the like amount. The applicant/accused persons have furnished the requisite surety to the satisfaction of this court.

You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above case/crime forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case. The P.R. bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and the same may be returned back after obtaining the signature/L.T.I from the applicant/accused. The applicant/accused is directed to appear before this Court on 19.07.2024 at 08:30 a.m, to stand his trial.
