SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SHAHZAD@SHAHMUNDA S/O MUHAMMAD RAFIQ, TANOLI IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.220/2024, (SHAHZAD @ SHAHMUNDA VS THE STATE) IN SESSIONS CASE NO.910/2023 (THE STATE VS SARFARAZ @ BABO & ORS) ARISING OUT OF CRIME NO.24/2023 OF P/STATION TANDO YOUSUF, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 324 & 353 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SHAHZAD @ SHAH MUNDA S/O MUHAMMAD RAFIQ, TANOLI and upon hearing Mr.Abid Ali Mirjat, Advocate for the applicant/accused and               Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) nd P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and           MUHAMMAD BILAL S/O MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused  SHAHZAD @ SHAH MUNDA S/O MUHAMMAD RAFIQ, TANOLI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearing viz.20.2.2024 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
