Whereas, bail application has filed on behalf of the above named accused persons before this Court in above mentioned Case/ crime after hearing arguments on bail application, bail has been granted subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/-each with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has furnished and same is accepted by this court.
You are therefore hereby directed to release the above named accused in above mentioned crime, forth with if they are not required in any other custody case by any Court. The P.R bonds of accused are attached herewith for obtaining his signature/LTI on it and same be return to this Court.
