Whereas; this Honorable Court has granted bail to below named accused in Criminal Bail Application No.1492/2024, Re. Samandar Ali V/S The State, for offence U/S: 23(i)aSAA , in Crime No.17/2024 of P.S Rasheed Waggan in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) & P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/accused. Which is accepted.
