Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/-(Rupees Two lac) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one Imtiaz Ali S/O Faqeer Muhammad by caste Qambrani in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused namely Aijaz S/O Khadim Hussain by caste Qambrani, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) and submit such P.R Bond before this Court.
