Whereas, below named applicant/accused through his advocate moved bail application praying for release on bail.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of the accused has been furnished in the court and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the below named accused forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime after causing his P.R Bond/original documents in the like amount in the sum of Rs. 35,000/- (Thirty Five Thousand only) each and the same should be sent to this court with direction to the accused to attend this Court on 27-07-2024 at 8:30 a.m. to face his trial in the above case and crime.
