SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED KAMRAN S/O ANEES  REHMAN IN                     CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1722/2024, (KAMRAN VS THE STATE) IN          CRIME NO.135/2024 OF P/STATION A-SECTION, LATIFABAD,               U/SECTION 25 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused KAMRAN S/O ANEES  REHMAN and upon hearing Mr.Syed Amir Ali Shah Jeelani, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one TAUSEEF-UR-REHMAN S/O PIRZADA RAFIQUE-UR-REHMAN has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused KAMRAN S/O ANEES  REHMAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
