Whereas, this court has admitted the bail to below named accused vide order dated.16.10.2023 in the above said crime/case, subject of furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount which has been furnished by him and accepted by this court.
