Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused IMTIAZ ALI S/O IMDAD ALI BY CASTE JATOI and upon hearing Mr.Asif Ali Jatoi, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
