Whereas, the above named accused person remanded to your Jail under the remand of this court the applicants/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing in person and his counsel as well as ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/-each in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has furnished the required solvent surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named applicant/accused (unless he is liable to be detained for some other cause) from your custody and after getting their P.R bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to be executed for his appearance this court on 24-07-2024, at 9:00 AM and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court..
