Whereas, the following named accused whom you hold in your jail custody in the above cited case/crime. An order dated: 03.06.2024 received from Honourable, High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur, passed in Criminal BA No.S-273/2024 Re- Lal Bux vs. the state. Wherein shows that accused above named shall be release on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty THousand ) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby required and authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court, without fail.
