WHEREAS, on this 24th July-2024 the accused namely Syed Rais Shah s/o Syed Peeron Shah alias Raheem Shah in crime No. 88/2023, Offence U/S 9(3)(c) of Control of Narcotics Substances Act 1997 of PS Faiz-Ganj, he is convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C before me (Suhrab Khan Brohi) for the offence punishable u/s 9(3) (c) of Control of Narcotics Substance (amended) act. Therefore, he is convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C and sentenced to suffer R.I for (10) years and to pay fine of Rs:100,000/- in case of failure to pay fine he shall further undergo S.I for six month. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.Calso extended to accused.
This is to authorize and require you to the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive the said accused along with this writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said Judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
