WHEREAS applicant/accused Muhammad Mubeen S/o Muhammad Sharif have moved an application praying for bail in the above noted case, before this Court the after the hearing of the bail application this court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only ) each and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named accused has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused Muhammad Mubeen S/o Muhammad Sharif forthwith if he is not required in any other case after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- only to execute by the said applicant accused before you, the Superintendent Central Jail, Karachi. and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court which within three days from the receipt thereof.
