Whereas accused. EHSAN S/O AHMED, BY CASTE WASEER whom you hold in your Jail Custody in the above mentioned case/crime and this court has granted the bail of above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Rs: Thirty Thousand Only), subject to furnishing surety and he submit the same.
One deponent namely Ahmed s/o Arbab Ali Waseerr/o Master Colony Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki has filed his affidavit along with saving certificate and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this.
