Whereas, learned advocate for applicant / accused namely Ghulam Qadir S/o Jeewan by caste Khaskheli, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicant/accused after hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused before this court, which has been accepted.
