Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION OF ACCUSED NAMELY 1.ANEEL KUMAR S/O SIRI DEV 2.KELASH KUMAR S/O  DHERO MAL ALL B/C HINDU.

                        Whereas, the above named accused person was remanded to your jail under the warrant before this court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section ¾ PEHO and his bail application has been granted in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each   by this Court  that the above named applicant/accused person be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each  before this Court and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said appellant/accused named above has/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.

                   You are hereby required to release forthwith the above named appellant/accused (unless they/he/are/is liable to be detained for some other case from your custody and after getting their P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each  to      be executed for their/his  appearance before  this    court      on 09-08-2024. at  8:30 a.m and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
