Subject:             RELEASE WRIT                     
                  Whereas, the above-named applicants/accused persons namely Manzoor S/o  Muhammad Khan Kalhoro and Laloo S/o Muhammad Uris Kalhoro remanded in your custody by the Anti-Terrorism Court No.1 Hyderabad, vide remand order no Endos No.ACT-I/583/2024 Hyderabad dated 05.07.2024 and the accused are confined to your prison in the above-mentioned case/crime.
                   It is further informed you that the order dated: 18.07.2024, passed by Honorable anti-terrorism Court-I, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that “ingredients of section 6/7 of Anti-terrorism Act, 1997 are not attracted, therefore, FIR along-with interim charge sheet and other police papers may be returned to the I.O for submitting the same before the ordinary court”, hence this clarification has been given here in this letter.
   Whereas, advocate for applicants/accused filed Bail application U/S 496 Cr. P.C & After hearing the counsel for the applicants/accused & learned ADPP, bail is granted to the applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/-each (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
                  And whereas, the required surety has been furnished by the below-named applicant/accused to the satisfactionn of this court in the above case.
                   You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
