Whereas, the above named applicant/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the Learned Cunsumer Protection Judge/ J.M Jacobabad, to face the pending trial Under Section 462(i) PPC before this Court presented an application for releasing him on bail in person and where Mrs Shahid Sarfaraz Sofia Advocate and whereupon hearing Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C DPP Jacobabad appearing on behalf of the state this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/-(One Lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above named accused has furnished the required surety before this Court.
