WHEREAS, on this 27th: May-2024 the accused namely 1. Suhbat Ali son of Piyar Ali Rind 2.Kashif Ali son of Nazar Ali Rattar in crime No. 53/2023, Offence U/S 397,337-F(vi) PPC of PS Faiz-Ganj , he is convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C before me (Suhrab Khan Brohi) for the offence punishable offence u/394,337-F(vi) PPC. Therefore, they are convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C and sentenced to undergo R.I for (10) and pay fine of Rs.50,000/= each in case of failure to pay fine they shall further undergo S.I for six month more Accused Suhbat Ali Rindfurther convicted to pay Rs.100,000/= AS Daman to injured Zameer Hussain.In case of failure to pay Daman , accused Suhbat Ali will remain in Jail till relization of said Daman amount. Accused Suhbat Ali Rind and Kashif Ali Rattar Rattar remained in custody since their arrest,Therefore benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C isextended to the accused.
This is to authorize and require you to the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive the said accused along with this writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said Judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
