Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SALAHUDDIN S/O CHUTTAN and upon hearing Mr.Om Parkas Goklani, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one AHMED ALI S/O SALAHUDDIN has stood surety for the accused.
