SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ALTAF S/O TAJ MUHAMMAD, SARKI IN            CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.2052/2024, (ALTAF SARKI VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.89/2024 OF P/STATION CANTONMENT, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 462-J&K OF AMENDMENT ELECTRICITY ACT, 2016,  353, 506, 504, 147, 149 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ALTAF S/O TAJ MUHAMMAD, SARKI and upon hearing Mr.Sajjad Akhtar Kalwar, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-               (thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  ASHFAQUE HUSSAIN S/O KAMAL KHAN has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          ALTAF S/O TAJ MUHAMMAD, SARKI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
