B.A No: 90/2024 dated 31-01-2024 passed by the Honorable Court of District & Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, wherein, below named applicant/accused has been granted bail subject to the condition that he furnishes a solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lacs) along with a Personal Recognizance bonds in a lke amount, to the statisfaction of the learned trial Court.
