Whereas, this court has granted bail to applicants/accused Muhammad Saeed S/O Abdul Sattar Godrai and Altaf S/O Sikandar Godrai in Crime No.50/2024 PS Badeh for offence punishable U/S 506/2, 504, 147, 148, 149, 337Ai-Fi-PPC. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of both above named accused before this court, which is provisionally accepted.

You are hereby directed to release the both accused named above forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime, accused persons should be bound down to appear before this court on 06.08.2024 at 08:30 a.m. without fail.
