Whereas, this Court has been granted bail to the applicant/accused namely; Mehboob Ali s/o Mashooque Ali by caste Bhutto , vide order dated 04.06.2024 in B.A No. 686/2024, re Mehboob Ali Bhutto Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s 24SAA, vide Crime No.42/2024 of PS Sijawal in the sum of Rs.100,000/ (rupees One Lac) & PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before concerned Court.
