Whereas appellant/accused Tarique @ Parvaiz Panhwar, was convicted by the court of learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I/(MTMC), Dadu and sentenced to suffer S.I for a period of six months, with fine of Rs.500/= (Five hundred). In case of non-payment of fine amount, the accused shall undergo S.I for period of ten days more, in Criminal Case No.226/2024, re-The State VS. Tarique @ Parvaiz Panhwar, Crime No.196/2024, P.S. A-Section, Dadu, under section 353,506 PPC. The benefit of section 382-B, Cr.P.C was extended to the accused. The appellant/accused preferred appeal against the judgment dated.31.07.2024, passed by the learned trial court.
And after hearing the leaned advocate for appellant/ accused and ADPP for the State in Criminal Appeal mentioned below, this court set-aside the Judgment of trial court with directions to release the appellant/ accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other case.
