Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Faisal Imran S/o Amanat Ali Cheema, vide B.A order dated: 05.08.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1063/2024 Re-Faisal Imran Cheema V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9-(6) B CNSA, arising out of Crime No. 72/2024 of Police Station Sijawal, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned court, positively.
