Whereas, accused namely Liaquat Ali @ Liaquat and Kehar Ali @ Kehar both sons Nawab by caste Malik, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Saindino son of Muhammad Usman by case Malik r/o Kouro Malik Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 12-08-2024 at 08:30 AM.
