Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Noor Muhammad S/o Qadir Bux & Nadir Hussain S/o Imdad Ali both by Caste Jamali, vide B.A order dated: 05.08.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1057/2024, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Noor Muhammad & another V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 224, 225, 353, 324, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.223/2024 of Police Station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before the concerned court, positively.
