WHEREAS, the above namepd applicant/ accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant Court of concerned Magistrate Court convicting/committing the applicant /accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Muhammad Ayaz Phulpoto Advocate for applicant/accused and DDPP for the state that this Court ordered that the bail applicant/ accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the said applicants/accused named above has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
