Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Muhammad Jaam s/o Ahmed Khan Solangi & Zohaib Ali s/o Ahmed Khan Solangi, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (rupees thirty thousands) each total Rs. 60,000/- (rupees sixty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Hajan s/o Ghulam Muhammad Solangi appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (rupees thirty thousands) each total Rs. 60,000/- (rupees sixty thousand)and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Muhammad Jaam s/o Ahmed Khan Solangi & Zohaib Ali s/o Ahmed Khan Solangi, from your jail, at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from them and send the same to this court for office record. The accused be directed to attend the investigation to face their trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
