Whereas, the bail application of appellant/accused stands allowed, the impugned conviction and sentence is hereby suspended. Consequently, appellant/convict is admitted to bail subject to furnishing solvent surety int the sum of Rs, 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and required surety has been furnished by the accused which is accepted in the said amount.
You are, therefore hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime. After releasing the accused is directed to attend before trial court, to face his trail without fail.
