Whereas, this Court has granted Bail to Appellant/Accused Yamen son of Sher Muhammad by caste Buriro, in Crl B.A.No.922/2024 Re-Yameen Buriro and an other Versus the state for offence u/s: 380, 457-PPC in crime No.164/2024 of Police station Kamber (PP Saddar), in the sum of Rs: 30,000/ in words thirty thousand in the like amount with P.R bond.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of appellant/accused which is accepted by this court.
