The bail of applicants/accused has been granted by the Court of Honourable 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Badin in Cr. Bail Application No.1221/2024 ( Ahmed Jat and others V/S State) vide order dated 09.08.2024 subject to furnish surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) each with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. The required surety has been furnished and accepted today to the satisfaction of this Court.
