Whereas, accused namely Waqas @ Waqoo s/o Zulifqar Ali by caste Kalwar, has been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur vide Cr. Bail Appl: No. S-247/2024, in the above case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Tofique Rehman s/o Shafique Rehman by caste Kalwar, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, he is no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty thousands) only with directions him to appear before trial Court, without fail.
