Whereas, this court has has been granted bail to the applicants/accused namely; Latif s/o Muhammad Ishaque by caste Dahani , vide order dated 10.08.2024 in below mentioned Bail Application No. 1054/2024 St/Vs. Latif for the offence punishable: 324, 403, 147 & 148, vide Crime No. 64/2024 of PS Sijawal in the sum of Rs.50,000/ (Rupees fifty thousands).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
