B.A No:16/2024 in Re-Ghulam Hussain Mirani versus The State, for offence under sections 24 SAA bearing Crime No.75/2023 of P.S Warrah, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
