Whereas, accused namely Rano s/o Illahi Bux Macchi by caste has granted post arrest bail by this court in the above case/crime, vide order dated 09.08.2024 in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount. Surety/Deponent namely Ali Khan s/o Abdul Rasheed Macchi by caste has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with directions him to appear before trial Court.
