Whereas, accused namely Jan Muhamamd son of Pandhi by caste Mirani, whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to accused by this court, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Allah Dewayo son of Ali Ahmed by caste Ghoto r/o village Muhammad Siddique Ghoto Pako Bindi taluka and District Ghotki , has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
