Whereas, accused namely Nadeem Akhtar son of Muhammad Azeem (shown in FIR as Muhammad Azam) by caste Pathan, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/- (Five Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Ali Gohar son of Haji Khan by caste Ghoto R/o village Masoo Khan Ghoto, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 20-08-2024 at 08:30 AM.
