Whereas, accused namely (1) Sardar son of Mehardil (2) Parveez s/o Ali Muhammad both by caste Kandrani, whom you hold in to your custody for offence punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to applicants/accused by this court, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Fifty thousands) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Abdul Qayoom son of Anwar Ali by caste Lakhan r/o village Jalal Khan Lakhan taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
