SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD SALEEM S/O HAZARO JAGIRANI CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.115/2024, RE- MUHAMMAD SALEEM & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.02/2024 POLICE STATION DUBBAR, UNDER SECTION 353,324,401 & 34 PPC.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  MUHAMMAD SALEEM S/O HAZARO BY CASTE JAGIRANI and upon hearing Mr. Ali Akram Baloch, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Kareem Noonari DPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Dodo son of Moula dad Jagrani has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD SALEEM S/O HAZARO BY CASTE JAGIRANI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
