SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD SALEEM S/O HAZARO JAGIRANI CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.164/2024, RE- MUHAMMAD SALEEM JAGIRANI VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.03/2024 POLICE STATION DUBBER, UNDER SECTION 23 (i) (a) SINDH ARMS ACT 2013.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  MUHAMMAD SALEEM  SON OF HAZARO BY CASTE JAGIRANI and upon hearing Mr.Ali Akram Baloch, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Karim Noonari DPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one              Abdul Waheed son of Amanullah Jagirani has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD SALEEM  SON OF HAZARO BY CASTE JAGIRANI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
