Whereas, accused namely Muhammad Saleem @ Saleem son of Allah wassayo by caste Lolai, whom you hold in to your custody for offence punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to accused by this court, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands) only and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Muhammad Ameen s/o Wahid Bux by caste Lolai, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
