                              WHEREAS, an order dated 01-04-2024 passed by Honourabe High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad in Criminal Bail Application No. S-1314 of 2024 Re-Karam Ali V/s The State in which bail was granted to accused Karam Ali  S/o Abdul Ghani Palari R/o Presently confined at Central Prison Hyderabad, in the sum of Rs. 500,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount at the satisfaction of this court..

                                WHEREAS, one Muhammad Waseem S/o Muhammad Saleem R/o Muhalla Behar Colony Kotri District Jamshoro, has stood surety for accused Karam Ali  S/o Abdul Ghani Palari, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith surety documents to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.                   

                                You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicants/accused Karam Ali  S/o Abdul Ghani Palari from your custody if he is no more required in any other custody case after obtaining PR Bond. The accused is directed to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz: 19-08-2024 at 08:30 am to face his trial.
