Whereas, this court has has been granted bail to the applicant/accused namely; Liaquat s/o Sawali Khan by caste Aadmani Magsi, vide order dated 17.08.2024 in below mentioned Bail Application No. 1098/2024, re Liaquat Ali Aadmani Magsi Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s: 506/2, 114, 148, 149-PPC and 3,5 Sindh Prohibition of interest on private Pvt. Loan Act 2023, vide Crime No. 149/2024 of PS A Section Shahdadkot in the sum of Rs.100,000/ (Rupees One Lac).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
