Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely Zawar son of Manthar Jalbani, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas one Zamanat Ali S/O Dildar Ali Jalbani, R/o Village Muhbat Khan Jalbani, Taluka & District Dadu, has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Zawar son of Manthar Jalbani, in from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to join the investigation/trial court to face his trial.
