Whereas, the applicants/accused persons named above have filed a bail application u/s 497 Cr.PC before this court through their advocate, Mr. Muhammad Malook Khaskheli, seeking bail after arrest. After hearing the I/C DDPP for the state and the counsel for the applicants/accused, bail after arrest is granted to the applicants/accused in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- each, subject to the furnishing of surety to the satisfaction of this court, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the above-named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety for the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- each, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above-named accused persons forthwith (if they are not required in any other custody case), with the direction to appear before this court on 26.08.2024 at 08:30 A.M. without fail. The P.R bond of the accused, after obtaining their signatures/LTI, may be sent to this court for record without fail.
