 Subject:-    Release writ.

                    Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely 1. Sadique and 2. Imdad both sons of Ali Nawaz and 3. Nizamudin S/o Abdul Kareem Khoso, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicants/accused have granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 75,000/- each (Seventy five thousand) each with PR bonds in the like amount.

                   And whereas one Amir Ali S/o M.Ibrahim by caste Khoso, R/o Nagar Daryo, Taluka Johi District Dadu, has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused Sadique and Imdad, R/o Nagar Daryo, Taluka Johi District Dadu, and one Ghulam Ali S/o Ali Sher Khoso has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused Nizamdin and in the sum of Rs. 75,000/- each (seventy five thousand)  with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.

                   You are, therefore, required to release accused namely 1. Sadique and 2. Imdad both sons of Ali Nawaz and 3. Nizamudin S/o Abdul Kareem Khoso, in from jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicants/accused be directed to join the investigation/trial court to face their trial.
