                                Whereas, this Honorable Court has granted bail to below named accused persons, in Cr.Bail Appln: No.1715/2024 Re: Imtiaz Ali Shaikh &another Vs The State, for ofence U/S 4,5&23 of F.E.R. Act 1947, R/W Section 489(g),34,PPC, bearing Crime No.56/2024 of P.S FIA Composite Circle, Larkana, in the sum of Rs.300,000/- each (Three Lac Rupees each only) & P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicants/accused, which is accepted.
                              You are hereby directed to release the below named accused persons forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime.  Accused should be bond down to appear before trail Court, without fail.
